Our Mission
Mustaches for Kids is a Mustache growing charity that raises money for the local, kid-focused orginizations. This year we're raising funds for Homeless Children's Network (HCN), an organization that provides comprehensive mental health services, case management, and family support services for homeless children, youth, and their families throughout San Francisco.
There are currently ten+ Mustaches for Kids groups, the founding group in Los Angeles, a spinoff chapter in Indiana, New York City, Seattle, Toronto, Ottawa, Richmond, VA, North Carolina, Madison, WI, and a group of growers participating for the fourth consecutive year in San Francisco.
The San Francisco Chapter of Mustaches for Kids raised over $13,000 last year for Legal Services for Children, and the growers in this year's contest hope to best that figure by at least one hundred dollars. Mustaches for Kids has raised over $100,000 nationally since its inception in 1999.

Along with some colleagues, I would like to start a philadelphia chapter of Mustaches for Kids.
What would be required of us in order to embark on what will certinly be the best chapter yet.
Regards,
Rob Myers

Dear Stachely Philanthropists,
I run a nonprofit called Project Night Night that helps homeless children have sweeter dreams. To that end, we donate individual tote bags each filled with a security blanket, a book, and a stuffed animal. We think that your contest is exceptional (I only wish my follicly-challenged husband could participate) and would love for one of your chapters to consider us as a beneficiary of your good work. We are a 501(c)(3) incorporated in San Francisco, but we help homeless children all across the country. We will even let you put a mustache on our sheep logo!

Thank you!
